OpesView for iPad app for iPhone and iPad

The OpesView application allows the client of Opes Advisors to view and fine tune their financial plan, in order to get settled with the long term implications about the most important financial decision they will make: obtaining a mortgage loan for purchasing their home. The app helps them see their home purchase and mortgage in the context of their entire financial life, working in conjunction with their Advisor, using criteria that are generally not taken into account by mortgage lenders.
Criteria such as: when will they potentially run out of liquid funds; will they be able to afford college tuition for their children at an institution they hope to attend; what will happen if they have major expenses in the future such as paying for their childrens wedding, remodeling their home; when will they be able to retire and have enough liquidity to support their lifestyle till a certain target age, etc.
